This very spacious center cockpit live aboard cruiser was a fresh water vessel (Lake Michigan) until 11/02. She has a main with two slab reefs, a 120% genoa on Harken roller furling and three other bags of sails. Auxiliary power is a Perkins 4-107 50 HP diesel (no hour meter). Other equipment includes a marine head, 20 gal holding tank, shower, hot/cold pressure water, Alder Barbour refrig/freezer and a Galley Maid alcohol stove/oven. There is 250 gal of water (two tanks) and 100 gal of diesel. Also included is a Simpson Lawrence anchor windlass, a Delta plow with 60 ft of chain and 200 ft of line, an Achillies 9 ft inflatable and a 3 HP Game Fisher outboard. This vessel had a new shaft and dripless stuffing box in 2002. She needs paint work on the hull, deck and cabin top.
