This is a 1974 hull and deck from Islander Yachts that did not have the interior finished out until 2000. An experienced boat builder did all the work. She is in essence a new boat in a classic design great sailing hull. Power is a FWC Perkins 4-108. Sails include main, genoa and staysail. Interior has beautiful teak work, with parquet floors, Alder Barber refrig/freezer,Hillerange propane stove/oven, microwave, hot/cold pressure water, marine head with 20 gal holding tank, separate shower with sump, cedar lined hanging locker and 6? 6? settees (good as extra berths). There is also a Maxwell anchor windlass, 45 lb CQR, boom crutch over cockpit, tiller steering (easy cockpit to convert to wheel), compass, VHF, depth, tach, engine gauges, and cockpit cushions.
