This is one of the most popular Hunter sailboats because of the amount of cruising comfort built into 27 feet. With Edson wheel steering, a large "T" shaped cockpit, bimini top, a transom boarding ladder and a cabin top main sheet traveler this is an easy cruising vessel. Aux power is a Yanmar 2GM 15 HP diesel with new shaft, engine mounts and water pump in 2002. The interior has eight opening ports and two hatches. The galley has a butane one burner stove, ice box and pressure water (cold). There is a marine head with a shower. Electronics include a new Ray Marine 53 DSC VHF, a Ray Star 120 GPS, a Raytheon RC425 chart plotter, and S. R. Mariner depth and speed instruments. Sails include the main with two reef points, 70% and a 135% hank-on head sails and a 135% genoa set up for roller furling. Anchors include a 25 lb CQR with 20' of chain and 300' of 1/2" rode and a Danforth 15 with 20' of chain and 200' of 1/2" rode.
