This boat is a 1981 MKII model and she is in beautiful condition. This model arranges the galley in a more modern island format. The 18 hp Yanmar diesel is new in 2000 and has 60 hours on it. She is equipped with a Depth sounder, Knotmeter, Edson wheel steering with compass, Dodger, Bimini and roller furling on the Genoa. This boat has had a single owner over the years and he has maintained her very well. Almost all the work over the years has been done by professional mechanics and by boat yard personnel (we have all receipts dating back to the original purchase). The owner took her to FL. via the ICW in 99 and she was refitted for the trip including new canvas and topsides paint. She is a proper little cruiser and is basically ready to go. The bottom was painted in 2001. Four Winds is being sold with all equipment as the owner is retiring from boating. The Watkins 27 remains a solid little cruiser; suitable for short handed sailing, but ready to take you and your crew to Florida or the Bahamas where her 3" 8" draft will be a daily joy.
Proper Small Cruiser $ 14,900
