This is an excellent example of the very popular Catalina 30. This one has the tall rig and the 5? 3" fin keel to make her sail right. Sails include the main with two reef points and a 135% genoa on Harken roller furling. The engine is a Universal 21 HP fresh water cooled diesel. Accommodations include a marine head with holding tank, hot and cold pressure water, ice box, Force 10 propane stove with oven, 5000 BTU portable air conditioner, TV, and a Force 10 propane grill. Electronics include a compass, VHF, depth meter, speed meter, loran and an Autohelm 3000 auto pilot. The vessel had a professional bottom peeling/replacement done in 1998.
