"TAR BABY" is a moderate draft sailing machine with family cruising accommodations. Her bottom was just redone (6/03) and shows no blisters. She is a two owner vessel. The current owner has had her for ten years and she is on the market because he has another boat. Sails include a full batten main with two reef points, a 135% genoa and a 155% genoa. Both genoas are mylar/Kevlar and in very good shape. The Harken roller furling is new in 2002. Primary winches are Lewmar Ocean series 50 self tailing. Auxiliary power is a Yanmar 27 HP fresh water cooled diesel with low hours (no hour meter). Other features include hot/cold pressure water, shower with a separate sump/pump and a CNG stove/oven. Electronics include a Nexis System with wind speed/direction, depth and boat speed, a VHF, and a Garmin 162 GPS/chart plotter.
