Welcome to Matthews Point Marina.  Please take a moment  to tour one of the safest and most serene harbors in the Neuse River and Pamlico Sound Areas of North Carolina.

    Matthews’ Point Marina is a family oriented hidden treasure; a beautiful place for your home away from home. We are located on a scenic point of land extending out into Clubfoot Creek just off the Neuse River.  Matthews Point has a park like setting with all the amenities of home.

We rent deep-water slips for either your sail or powerboat.  We are just a short boat ride to both Minnesott Beach and the town of  Oriental.  Matthews’ Point is a haven for great sailing.  We also have 7 premier RV sites available for long term rental on our picturesque park-like grounds.

The channel to our marina is natural (never needs dredging) and clearly marked by the United States Coast Guard. 

Many of our slips offer at least six and a half feet of water over a soft bottom. We are open for boating year round, with both heated and air conditioned facilities.  Security is enhanced as both the marina owner and Dockmaster live on the grounds.
